Report Generation
IPACT has provided report generation functions on Level II. These have included reports that are based on recent real-time process data as well as those that are based on data in the historical database. All reports are capable of being viewed on a CRT and printed at any one or all of a selection of printers. Some examples of reports are as follows:-
Practice engineer daily logs detailing furnace operation for the past 24 hours

Materials reports detailing the consumption of raw materials, statistics on coke moisture, and timing of charging steps

Alarm history reports

Similar to the alarm package, IPACT has incorporated the ability for the user to easily configure ad-hoc reports tailored to his or her needs at the time. This capability is a powerful tool for process improvement.
