IPACT's engineers can help you define, estimate and execute projects.  IPACT engineers have been trained in project management and structured analysis and design techniques.

Also, IPACT's engineers can help you develop scope documents and functional analyses.  The engineers are also available to augment your development team and provide a project manager or lead engineer. IPACT uses a task-oriented approach when we assign engineers to customers, and only the necessary number of engineers is placed on any one project.  We attempt to determine goals and resources needed to achieve those goals.
