System Commissioning

The commissioning phase for many projects requires a certain amount of process down-time for installation and testing.  IPACT understands that it is often critical to limit the amount of down-time. 

It is frequently desirable to run the new system in parallel and shadow the existing system until it has proven its capabilities in the production environment.  Often times we will have prepared for this during the testing phased by capturing the data from the actual process playing it back on our site.  We are prepared to go to extremes when necessary to make the commissioning phase of the project go smoothly.

IPACT spends a significant effort to simulate and test the systems at our facilities. We are also meticulous in the planning effort for commissioning the systems for our customers.  Each project is unique, but our goal is always the same, to exceed our customers expectations.
