Continuous Chocolate Spray

A PLC/HMI system was developed by IPACT to control a continuous process of coating peanuts with chocolate via sprays.  This project presented some unique challenges in the control of hydraulic spray pumps, which IPACT responded to with a novel design approach which has worked very well in practice.
