Galv-Anneal Furnace Control

IPACT has provided a four-zone, Galv-Anneal furnace control system to a large steel manufacturer engaged in making critical exposed parts for the automotive industry.  The system is composed of a Windows 2000 platform, VME standard I/O cards, and an HMI.  Two of the furnace zones are gas fired, one is induction heated, and the final zone is controlled cooling.
