Hot Dip Galvanizing Line

Designed and developed an air knife positioning system that controls the movement of the air knives for a hot-dip galvanizing line.  This system allows for automatic as well as manual positioning of the air knife rigs.  The system also provides a display of knife position feedback to the operator.
