Temper Mill

Designed and developed a Level II / Level I high speed data acquisition, monitoring, and report generating system for a temper mill.  The system collects process measurements from a high-speed Level I I/O sub-system, produces a position and measurement map for each coil, and maintains a database of coil history files.  It also collects, stores, and reports measurements such as motor currents and tensions for use in post-mortem analysis of cobbles.
