Dust Collection Automation System

A Level I system was provided by IPACT to automate blast furnace gas cleaning and dust disposal.  This system was very flexible and allowed the customer's engineers to operate, configure, monitor, and control the system from an HMI.  It also communicated with the customer's existing blast furnace area DCS.
