Mass Balance System

Based on the success of the wastewater treatment monitoring system above, IPACT was chosen to provide a water "mass balance" on the same platform.  This system monitors cooling water usage by one of the large facilities within the plant, as well as the heat exchangers associated with that facility.  The system is used to identify water losses in the facility as well as to monitor heat exchanger performance.  The five (5) process screens work similarly to the screen described above.  This system also provides data to a relational database which produces daily, monthly, and yearly reports.
