IPACT does projects in which we respond to an RFQ (Request For Quote) from a scope or functional specification document.  We provide the equipment and services for a fixed lump sum price.  We provide project management to ensure the project complete on time and budget.  We provide status reports indicating the conformance to schedule and budget as required.
