On-going Engineering Support

IPACT’s goal is to supply value to the customer and provide systems that are easily maintainable.  However, given that many companies have chosen to minimize their internal engineering and maintenance staffs, IPACT can continue to supply engineering support to supplement company resources.

 IPACT has entered into technical support agreements with several of our customers to help solve equipment and process problems and to assist in developing the framework for planned improvements.  With our knowledge of the facility and expertise in the process, IPACT has provided knowledgeable resources to quickly identify and resolve problems.   Given the size of our organization and our years of process expertise, we are a valued and trusted resource that can be available to your company 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
