HACCP Application

IPACT’s HACCP Application simplifies and manages the collection and analysis of data related to HACCP and other ancillary data collection needed to support quality control in the food industry.  The application provides a manual, web-based data collection client that signals the operator to collect key samples required by HACCP.  If the sample is not within the bounds specified, the HACCP Application provides corrective action guidance to the operator.  The corrective action could include simple instructions, or a more complex workflow, including notification and escalation to a supervisor.  The application provides the ability to schedule data collection plans to equipment, processes or lines by date and time. The application supports manual data entry but also can be easily integrated into process equipment and laboratory instrumentation.

The HACCP Application can be used to collect data for sanitation, visual inspections and other quality inspections, metal detection, operator forms, pre-ops, pest control, maintenance, and for any other periodic or ad-hoc data collections required for operations or quality.

The application is designed to provide a client with the capabilities to gain and share instant access to the right information to improve their decision making process and coordinate all activities and resources, ensuring that various procedures are performed and data is collected in a timely and accurate manner.

The HACCP Application includes several configurable reports which can be printed or viewed on-line to determine the status of particular orders, equipment or products.
