The IPACT Packaging Line Application can be applied to many different types of packaging lines.  The application is best fitted to packaging (and processing) lines that do some type of conversion.  That is, converting raw materials in some way to a product and then packaging, boxing, crating or palletizing the final product.  Examples could be as diverse as packaging shampoo, diapers, or cheese.  The base functionality of the IPACT Packaging Line application includes:

  • Equipment / Line Performance
  • BOM Enforcement
  • ERP Integration

The application was most recently applied to Cheese packaging lines where the cheese undergoes conversion from a 600 lb block to a package of sliced cheese or shredded cheese.  The application can be rapidly configured to meet client’s specific business requirements.
